Mission Church Information
Our Lady of the Lake is located in Kings Beach, California and is within walking distance to beautiful Lake Tahoe on the North Shore. This is the mission church of Assumption Parish in Truckee, California (a 15 minute drive north of Kings Beach). Please click here for Maps or Photo Album.
This church seats approximately 250 people which includes an annex that can be closed off for smaller weddings. The restroom is located behind the Sanctuary.
Weddings are generally scheduled on Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. depending on availability. Please call the office for dates and times available: (530) 587-3595. Weddings are usually held here in the late spring, summer or early fall. Weddings are not scheduled during the winter due to the unpredictable snow storms.
