Dear Friends,

The Catholic presence of the Assumption Parish enjoyed blessings and generosity for over 130 years of many of those who have gone before us signed with the mark of faith here in Truckee, California.

We are now challenged to provide for the present and assure the future of our faith community.

Our support is limited not only to maintain our present facilities but also to provide programs and services to sustain our faith community.

We rely on the generosity of our parishioners and friends and many who come to partake and share in our celebration of the Eucharist and other Sacraments.

We need to build a new church, a "house of prayer" that will be a fitting offering of our love for the Lord and a place of encounter with the Lord.

As we approach this task and mission of building the new church we ask for your financial contribution. Each one of us has an opportunity to be part of the building of a new Catholic church in Truckee, California. Your generosity will advance that work.

                   (No contribution is too large or too small and all are appreciated.)

Note: The Building Fund is a separate account than that of the Campaign "Sharing Our Faith - Building Our Future" pledged funds although they both go toward the same building project of the new church. For proper accounting it is important that pledged contributions go to the "Sharing Our Faith" account. If you haven't made a pledge yet, see below to learn how you can make a pledge today!

Pledges can be made over a period of five years or less, as monthly, quarterly or annual payments. There are different ways in which you may contribute: by check, stock or electronic transfers.
You will receive a monthly, quarterly or annual statement respectively.
